Privacy notice

Your information, handled with care.

Effective November 5, 2026

This notice explains how Assumption Path (“Assumption Path,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects information you share through assumptionpath.com.

What we collect

When you request a review, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, property state, your role, loan type, and divorce stage. If you choose to share them, we also collect your servicer, interest rate, loan balance, and a message.

We also record basic technical information such as the page that referred you and campaign parameters in the link you followed, and we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to track you across sites.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether an assumption may be possible for your loan, and, if you engage us, to prepare and manage your assumption with your servicer, attorney, mediator, and title company.

With your consent, we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us by email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our hosting, database, and email providers), with parties you ask us to work with on your file, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the period required to complete your file and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@assumptionpath.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted database access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
